About the role | Mō te tūranga
The HR Adviser role focuses on the full HR lifecycle, working closely with our HR team in New Zealand, leaders, and our people. You’ll provide advice on all employment matters, including employee relations, policy, Workday, and employment agreements.
This role will also manage onboarding for new starters and deliver key outcomes around policy review, risk management, and HR projects. Day-to-day, you’ll create an excellent people experience. This is a fast-paced role with a varied workload, so strong prioritisation skills are essential to achieve the best outcomes for you and your colleagues
Rabobank offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in our Hamilton office and two days working from home.

A positive can do attitude.
The ability to build trust, establish and maintain strong working relationships.
Solid Microsoft suite skills. Experience of using Workday will be an advantage.
An inclusive, collaborative manner.
Pragmatic, solid judgement and commercial acumen to address a wide variety of stakeholders and situations.
Ability to deliver, quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
A minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience.
