Are you an experienced Human Resources (HR) Advisor seeking a challenging role with a variety of responsibilities providing HR generalist advisory support across the full HR lifecycle, where you can interact with lots of different teams both in the UK and across the EMEA and India regions?
As a HR Advisor here at Leidos you will join a small team providing HR services to around 500 employees across the UK, Europe, Middle East and India. There will be a range of responsibilities in this post, where you will be focusing on providing operational support and guidance to all stakeholders and advising on relevant HR Policy & Procedures. You will be responsible for employee relation activity to include investigatory, disciplinary, capability and performance/absence management.

About You
Proficient in UK employment law and application within the business - you will have excellent skills in ensuring compliance with HR policy & procedure, the ability to coach & develop managers in this area and used to managing confidential situations with diplomacy.
Organization and planning skills – you are adept at switching between contrasting priorities and comfortable following processes and also using your initiative to go and find information.
Strong administration skills – You’ll have strong Excel experience and be used to gathering & analysing information, producing and providing various reports and documentation.
Great attention to detail – you will have great attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with employment and legal documents, be confident producing contractual letters & mail merges and developing other team members in these areas.
Excellent communicator – you will be working with teams both in the UK and abroad, so you’ll be confident in conversing with managers and employees alike, not afraid to question or “push back” where needed. You’ll need great attention to detail, be competent in written English both for document and report writing and proof reading.
Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.
