Job Description Summary
As a member of the Cushman & Wakefield People Services Team, you will support the Spanish HR Operations and Payroll administration.
You will advise employees on day-to-day HR related questions as well as handling of escalations.
Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the HR Advisor supports the People function through process mapping, documentation, and improvement as well.
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
- Handle incoming requests, answer HR related questions for employees
- Maintain and update life-cycle administrative & payroll process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to offboarding for Spanish staff
- Manage all employee’s life cycle administrative processes and ensure compliance to local and global compliance requirements
- Coordinate and support local payroll administration to ensure correct payroll processing in designated countries
- Carry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements
- Responsible for providing operational and administrative payroll support (reviewing payroll data, reconciling timesheets, and maintaining employee files; enter and update allocation changes)
- Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
- Support projects and process improvements
Your profile:
- BSc/BA degree
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role in HR Services
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Fluent in English AND Spanish, both oral and written (Portuguese language knowledge is advantageous)
- Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
