HR Advisor MENA

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive professional to join our MENA HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR activities across multiple countries, supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning coordination, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
While this role includes a strong administrative and coordination component, we are also looking for someone who enjoys challenging existing ways of working, leveraging technology, and finding opportunities to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment administration and documentation and help deliver a positive candidate experience.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding activities and induction schedules.

• Support and promote the Buddy Programme.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and digitalize onboarding processes.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate learning initiatives and support learning administration.

HR Operations & Administration

• Support employee lifecycle activities.

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support data quality initiatives including digitalization and process improvement projects.

Engagement, Employer Branding & Projects

• Support employee engagement and wellness activities.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

• Contribute to HR projects, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree

• Fluent in English

• At least 2 years' experience in HR, administration, operations, business support, project coordination, analytics, or similar fields.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing administrative and coordination tasks

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Curious about technology, AI, and process improvement

• Professional and able to handle confidential information responsibly

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines

• Eager to learn and contribute beyond day-to-day activities

Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or other digital solutions would be an advantage but is not essential.
