The Opportunity
Holm Electric is seeking an organized, approachable HR
Administrator who enjoys working with employees, managing details, and helping
create a great employee experience. This is a hands-on, employee-facing role
supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, compliance and employee

The position is based in Incline Village and may require
occasional travel to Holm Electric's Las Vegas location. The position is
anticipated to be full-time; however, Holm Electric may consider a reduced
schedule under the right circumstances.

efficiency.
As such, this position plays an important role in creating
a positive employee experience from hiring through payroll, benefits, and
