The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support while serving as a professional point of contact for external customers, vendors, and business partners. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a consistent and positive customer service experience.
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to external customers and business partners.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with corporate sales and other members of management.
- Coordinate catering and notifications of customer visits/ meetings, ensuring adequate supplies.
- Assist with onboarding, recruitment activities, employment documentation and other day-to-day HR duties.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and follow-ups throughout all facilities.
- Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
- Help develop FAQ’s, knowledge resources, communication materials, and self-service solutions for employees.
- Assist in employee communications and postings via live streaming formats.
- Assist in data entry of production labor hours.
- Participate in internal/external employer branding initiatives.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized and service-oriented with a strong ability to balance HR administrative responsibilities with excellent customer service.
- Must enjoy helping people, solving problems, and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner and approach.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Education: Business or Human Resources Degree Preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in human resources and/or customer service
Knowledge/Skills: Customer Service, HR Administration, Data Entry, Attention to detail, Microsoft Office Proficiencies
