Provides day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, recruitment assistance, employment documentation, employee engagement, communications, compliance support, data entry, and employer branding. Serves as a professional contact for customers, vendors, and business partners while coordinating meetings, catering, supplies, and internal projects. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Supports pre-bid estimating by reviewing customer specifications and drawings, determining material quantities, collecting supplier and subcontractor pricing, preparing vendor quotes, and verifying quote accuracy. Creates bid folders, records information in company systems, coordinates with engineering on building-code compliance, and resolves discrepancies with sales and other departments while meeting customer deadlines.

Develop and execute manufacturing sourcing strategies, identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and manage supplier relationships. Lead cost estimating for new products using drawings, specifications, and BOMs, while supporting bids, RFQs, new product introductions, cost reductions, and supplier transitions. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, production, operations, procurement, and finance. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.

Installs, alters, and repairs electrical grounding systems, equipment, and fixtures according to engineering drawings, customer requirements, and VFP standards. Operates power and hand tools, installs lighting fixtures, follows safety procedures, maintains housekeeping standards, completes production records, and supports cross-training within the department.

Installs and alters conduit, boxes, panels, and related equipment according to electrical prints and standards. Reviews conduit sizing and print changes, inspects installations, maintains tools, resolves print-related issues, and ensures buildings and work areas are complete and clean. Trains and oversees helpers, enforces safety and housekeeping procedures, and coordinates work under varying conditions.

Constructs wood and metal wall frames, partitions, roofs, and shelter components according to blueprints and production guidelines. Uses hand and power tools, installs HVAC units and roofing materials, prepares components for shipment, and maintains safety and housekeeping standards. Completes production documentation accurately and performs tasks with minimal supervision. Requires two years of carpentry experience; welding experience is preferred.
