As part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, associate communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

As our HR Administrator, you will support a wide range of Human Resources activities, including:

  • Supporting recruitment and hiring processes from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinating interviews, reference checks, medical checks, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Supporting the digitalization of the department
  • Coordinating reference checks, medical checks, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Preparing and maintaining employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supporting payroll administration by coordinating employee documentation and payroll-related updates.
  • Managing HR databases, reports, trackers, and employee information systems.
  • Assisting associates and managers with HR-related questions, policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Supporting employee engagement, recognition programs, and associate communications.
  • Coordinating training records, annual reviews, medical examinations, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Posting and communicating important HR information, benefits updates, internal vacancies, and company initiatives.
  • Supporting employee relations matters and helping create a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Spanish employment legislation.
  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the broader leadership team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role.
  • Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
