Ritter, ein Teil von Avantor sucht nach einer engagierten Person, die unser HR Team als HR-Administrator/-in (m/w/d), bei der operativen Durchführung der Personaladministrationsaufgaben unterstützen wird.

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Eine Zusatzausbildung zur/zum Personalfachkauffrau/-kaufmann oder Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal wäre von Vorteil

• Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Kollaborationstool: Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (hauptsächlich PowerPoint, Excel und Word)

• Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Flexibilität, Diskretion und Hands-on Mentalität

• Kontaktfreudigkeit, Sozialkompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Das Aufgabengebiet:

• Operative Durchführung der Personaladministration

• Administrative Unterstützung der HR Business Partner

• Unterstützung des HR Teams im Tages- und Projektgeschäft

• Vorbereitung und Begleitung diverser Personalmaßnahmen (z. B. Entgeltveränderungen), die Verwaltung der Personaldatenbank (z.B. Workday)

• Erstellung von Personaldokumenten

• Dokumentation der Teilnehmernachweise
