Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Handling all administrative steps from onboarding to offboarding, including creating contracts, preparing documentation, and managing employee data.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensuring compliance with German labor regulations, internal policies, and managing working hour documentation or parental leave.
- Payroll support: Collaboration in delivering payroll input.
- System & Data Management: Maintaining and updating HR Information Systems (HRIS/Workday) to ensure data integrity.
- Employee Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR operations, administration, and benefits.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- You possess professional proficiency (B2/C1) in both German and English to support our diverse workforce.
- You have a proven experience in HR administration/operations (ideally for Germany and an understanding of German labor laws).
- You are tech-savvy with hands-on experience navigating HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
- You are detail-oriented and organized in your work and at the same time a great communicator.
- You are proactive in your task management.
- An international complex company environment with constant development and process improvement where you have to learn on the go is not scary, but a welcomed challenge.
Location: Krakow, Poland is preferred, remote in Poland also possible
