The Role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- HR services for employees - preparation of contracts, annexes, certificates, employment certificates and other documents related to employment and remuneration
- Maintaining of personal files of employees
- Support processing payroll
- Providing support for employee-administration matters and assisting the team every step of the way
- Staying updated on the latest law regulations and ensuring everyone is well-informed
Requirements:
- University Student interested in the area of Human Resources
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Fluent Polish
- Good communication skills in English
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field
What We Offer:
- 12 months internship program

- Flexible working hours min. 20 hours a week
- Remuneration: hourly rate: 30.50 PLN/h
