Job Description

In this role, the selected candidate will be in charge of doing the data entry in SAP filling in all the employee´s infotypes, all the data related to new hires, terminations, contract changes, absences, variable payments and other data related to payroll, managing System RED and contracts preparation of candidate´s offer letters, promotion and contract changing letters and other HR administration processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support E2E payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting, tax and other statutory obligations/payment

  • Provide administrative support to market HR teams including addendum to contracts, certificates of employment/employment verification letters and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle

  • Start to finish administration of family friendly policies including parental leaves

  • Review and respond to emails into the shared mailbox ensuring the relevant helpdesk is used for all Workday, benefits and payroll enquiries

  • Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed

  • Support on internal and external audits

  • Provide coverage for other EMEA markets during time off and when required

  • Check and review Workday information for benefits administrators to ensure information is updated as required for access to local benefits

  • Participate in UAT testing for HRIS projects for countries within the EMEA region

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience in Spanish Payroll

  • Outstanding problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of Workday preferred

  • Knowledge of SAP preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilising technology
