Job DescriptionHR Administration Analyst is responsible for support HR Processes and Administration through HR systems management, payroll, workforce planning, budget control, reporting and operational coordination, ensuring reliable information, regulatory compliance, efficient service delivery and effective support to business and project activities. The role acts as a key operational and analytical partner for HR, Facilities and Administration, supporting both local and corporate requirements.
Responsabilities:
HR Systems & Data Management: Act as country coordinator for HR systems and related technologies. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across HR systems. Coordinate testing, implementation and deployment of new functionalities. Support data governance and compliance requirements. Manage payroll vendor and process, ensuring payroll accuracy, service quality, and SLA compliance.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain HR and Administration reports and dashboards. Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. Monitor workforce metrics, trends and organizational movements. Prepare management reports for local leadership and corporate stakeholders.
Workforce Planning & Headcount:Coordinate annual workforce planning activities. Monitor and report headcount evolution and workforce costs. Support organizational planning exercises and scenario analysis. Maintain workforce planning information and forecasts.
Budget & Management Control: Support preparation and monitoring of Business Support budget (OPEX). Consolidate monthly cost reports and budget follow-up. Identify trends and potential risks impacting budget performance.
Process Governance (evaluar este rol): Support HR and Administration process documentation. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
HR Administration & Project Support: Support HR Administration and Administration activities required for development, construction and operational projects. Monitor project-related workforce information, administrative costs and support service requirements, providing reporting and follow-up as required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Management Control, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
Postgraduate studies in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Control, Digital Transformation or Human Resources will be considered an advantage.
Experience
4+ years of professional experience in Management Control, Business Support, Data Analytics, Reporting, HR Operations, Workforce Planning or similar analytical and operational roles.
Experience developing reports, analyzing data, managing KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional processes.
Experience working with HR systems, ERP platforms, Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes.
Experience coordinating external service providers is desirable.
Experience managing payroll vendors is a plus.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Proven experience with Power BI, dashboard development and data visualization tools.
Experience working with HR Information Systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HR or similar platforms).
Desirable experience managing payroll and HR administration systems (e.g., Rex+, Buk, Talana or similar), with solid knowledge of payroll processes, employee administration, and applicable labor legislation.
Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and management control methodologies.
Knowledge and practical use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions for data analysis, reporting and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
