Support the full operational lifecycle of Polish energy contracts, including settlement services, customer billing, grid-operator balancing, metering and data checks. The role will establish and improve processes for renewable power purchase and BESS optimization agreements, automate daily operations, collaborate across Poland, Germany and the Netherlands, and communicate with customers, grid operators, and internal teams.

Supports the full operational lifecycle of Polish energy contracts, from deal entry through billing and payment. Responsibilities include setting up settlement services, managing customer billing and grid-operator settlements, validating metering data, improving and automating processes, and coordinating with customers, grid operators, and international internal teams. The role also contributes to new renewable power purchase and battery energy storage optimization processes.

Leads Statkraft Germany’s procurement function and a team of 10 professionals. Responsibilities include procurement strategy, sourcing, contract and supplier management, project procurement, savings, risk mitigation, sustainability due diligence, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement across renewable energy development, capital projects, and operations.

Supports renewable energy investment activities through financial modeling, business-case analysis, valuations, commercial structuring, and transaction management. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial assumptions, enhancing valuation tools, analyzing auctions and PPAs, supporting contract negotiations, screening acquisition and sell-down opportunities, and managing data rooms and Q&A processes. The role collaborates with internal teams, investors, market analysts, and external stakeholders across European renewable energy projects.

Forecast long-term costs and production for clean energy technologies (especially wind), develop and improve forecasting methods and models, support auction bidding and business development, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and contribute to strategy and market analyses.

Lead Project Controls strategy and function for Ireland & UK portfolio, owning cost, schedule, risk, reporting, forecasting, change management and portfolio performance. Build the operating model, develop talent, drive data-driven practices, lead portfolio reviews and recovery initiatives, and align regional delivery with central standards. Influence senior stakeholders and promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure predictable renewable energy project delivery.

Manage and govern Statkraft's global Power Platform: administer environments, security, DLP, licensing/capacity, CoE/Copilot tooling, stakeholder coordination, risk/compliance, cost control, and drive the product roadmap.

Lead secure design, deployment and operation of IT/OT infrastructure (servers, networks, security) for power plants and substations. Manage and develop an infrastructure team; implement cybersecurity controls, incident detection/response, audits, compliance, and vendor supervision. Ensure service continuity, SLA/KPI adherence, project leadership, documentation, and promote security awareness across the organization.

Support the French Origination team by assisting business management projects (including BESS optimization), preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring regulatory developments, and performing market research. Provide analytical, operational and organizational support for commercial offers, product implementation, and cross-country collaboration with operational teams across Europe.

Lead group-level strategy and portfolio direction, run complex strategic projects, assess portfolio trade-offs and early‑phase M&A, translate strategy into implementation with business areas, and develop executive-level communication and decision material for senior leadership.

Provide Murex support across front, middle and back office; implement new commodity products; design technical solutions and functional configurations; re-engineer and optimize Murex configurations; collaborate with business stakeholders and vendor to maintain and develop the ETRM system portfolio.

Serve as primary local contact for renewable energy project communities across Ireland. Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, draft communications (leaflets, websites, social), manage and record engagement, identify community benefits, and advise project teams. Support stakeholder manager and project development teams while building long-term local relationships.
