Serve as the HR main contact point for JustGO, providing strategic and operational HR support to the business while coordinating with PMB HR for shared HR services and specialist HR functions.
Lead workforce planning by translating business and project pipelines into manpower requirements, including headcount forecasting, skills mapping, organizational Chart refinement, resource deployment, and mobilization/demobilization strategies to ensure optimal workforce utilization across project phases.
Manage end-to-end recruitment by partnering with hiring managers to define manpower requirements, coordinate sourcing and selection activities with PMB HR, and ensure timely hiring to meet business and project timelines.
Coordinate core HR operations, including onboarding, employee movements, confirmation, performance management, and other employee lifecycle activities. Provide advisory and coordinate payroll-related matters with employees and management, while ensuring timely submission of payroll inputs to PMB HR for payroll processing.
Manage day-to-day employee and industrial relations matters by serving as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts. Facilitate resolution at the business level where appropriate, and escalate complex or high-risk ER/IR matters to PMB HR for specialist advice and intervention.
Continuously monitor adherence of HR policies, practices, and employment matters with applicable labour legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies, and shareholders' governance requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between JustGO and PMB HR on HR reporting, workforce analytics, manpower budgeting, policy implementation, employee matters, and other HR-related initiatives.
Oversee office administration and general services, including workplace facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative budgets, to maintain a safe, efficient, and conducive working environment that supports business operations.
