Who we are
Ingram Micro helps businesses access the technology, expertise, and solutions they need to grow. Together with HPE, we’re helping partners navigate cloud, networking, AI, and infrastructure transformation.
Technology is moving quickly, and our teams are helping partners stay ahead.

How our team works
The Technical Solutions Specialist team works directly with reseller and internal partners to build complete solutions, identify opportunities, and support the sale of appropriate products and services.
Sometimes that means responding quickly to partner requests by email, phone, online chat, or Microsoft calendar bookings. Other times it means uncovering the end-user need, clarifying budget and close date, and expanding the opportunity with the right services, support, warranty, maintenance, or adjacent technology options.

It’s a collaborative, sales-focused role where consistency, responsiveness, technical product knowledge, and strong partner engagement all matter.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days/week onsite - and can be based at one of the following locations:

Buffalo, NY

Scottsdale, AZ

Greer, SC
