Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in housekeeping? If you are a friendly and hardworking individual with a passion for cleanliness, then we encourage you to apply for the Houseperson position at Westgate Resorts!

What You'll Do as a Houseperson:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture
  • Stock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other supplies
  • Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed
  • Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
  • Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor

  • Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must have proof of a valid driver's license

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
