ComputerCare has spent more than 20 years building something rare in the IT world: a company where technical excellence and genuine human connection are valued equally. We're the trusted partner that IT leaders turn to when technology can't afford to fail. As a woman-owned business serving innovative companies worldwide, we combine certified technical expertise with a human approach. Whether it's managing complex device lifecycles for global teams or performing authorized repairs for Apple, Lenovo, HP and Dell devices, our work directly impacts how thousands of people stay productive every day. We never outsource our work because we believe in accountability, quality, and building lasting relationships—with our clients and as a team.

If you're passionate about technology, take pride in solving real problems, and want to be part of a company that values both technical excellence and the people behind it, ComputerCare is where you belong.

Come join us in our mission of being the Human Side of Hardware!

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within ComputerCare's repair and IT asset management facility. This role oversees production workflow, workforce performance, service level execution, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, scalable, and customer-focused operations.

The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong operational and process management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role is driven by the ability to lead teams, solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results. While experience in repair, manufacturing, logistics, or IT operations is beneficial, technical expertise is not required. ComputerCare provides the training needed to develop a strong understanding of our repair and IT asset management processes.

What You'll Do...

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly employees while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Own daily operational performance including throughput, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and service level achievement.

  • Monitor operational KPIs, identify trends, and execute improvement plans based on data.

  • Maintain staffing plans that align labor resources with operational demand.

  • Ensure all work complies with customer requirements, manufacturer standards, ISO procedures, and internal quality expectations.

  • Support technician certification requirements and operational compliance initiatives.

  • Promote a safe, organized, and high-performing workplace.

  • Lead daily operations by balancing workload, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring production, quality, and service level targets are achieved.
  • Conduct daily production huddles to align safety, staffing, priorities, workflow, and operational performance.

  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing hourly workforce while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor operational KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and workflow efficiency through Lean thinking, root cause analysis, and operational best practices.

  • Ensure accurate completion of work orders, client tickets, inventory transactions, audits, and other operational documentation.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Compliance, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors while delivering exceptional service and operational execution.

  • Support workforce planning, approve employee timecards, communicate operational performance to leadership, and participate in company initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring...

  • 2+ years of experience in operations leadership within a high-volume production, repair, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience managing 15+ hourly team members.

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated KPI-driven decision making.

  • Experience with Lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks preferred.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
