Serve as the primary operational liaison for strategic customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and KPIs. Drive process improvements, standardize workflows and reporting, present executive dashboards, support implementations and expansions, and manage risks and escalations to ensure scalable service delivery.

Owns operational delivery for strategic customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving processes and SLAs, building dashboards and governance, supporting implementations and expansions, and ensuring consistent, scalable service and customer communication.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for sourcing mid-market technology accounts (100-1,000 employees), running multi-channel outreach, qualifying inbound and expansion opportunities, booking discovery meetings, and handing off sales-accepted opportunities to Account Executives while maintaining CRM data integrity and exceeding monthly quotas.
