Serve as the primary operational liaison for strategic customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and KPIs. Drive process improvements, standardize workflows and reporting, present executive dashboards, support implementations and expansions, and manage risks and escalations to ensure scalable service delivery.

Lead day-to-day operations in a repair and IT asset management facility: manage throughput, quality, staffing and KPIs; coach and develop hourly teams; drive continuous improvement and compliance with customer, manufacturer, and ISO standards; coordinate cross-functionally and support workforce planning and operational documentation.

Coordinate day-to-day facility and administrative operations, manage vendors, badges, supplies, and documentation, support leadership and cross-functional teams, assist with safety/compliance, meetings, events, and operational improvement projects to keep the main facility running efficiently.

Build and maintain Snowflake data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate data sources (NetSuite, Jira, portals), own BI layer and dashboards (HEX/Tableau/Looker), ensure data quality and governance, partner with leadership to translate operational goals into data models and insights, and support cross-functional analytics and automation.
