Job DescriptionServe as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.
Support customers’ day‑to‑day logistics and supply chain operations in accordance with SOPs.
Coordinate internally with origin offices, hubs, vendors, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth execution.
Manage shipment bookings, routing, and operational approvals (air/ocean/factory loads).
Handle shipment exceptions, delays, and non‑compliance, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and drive corrective actions.
Monitor and verify SLA performance and shipment timelines.
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers on shipment status and risks.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for customer accounts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as required.
University graduates with 1-2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding industry are required.
Fresh graduates with positive attitude are also welcome.
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Korean.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very customer minded and detail oriented.
General PC knowledge dealing with e-mail and Windows applications.
