P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures, The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.
The Hosting Platform Support team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2025.
Responsibilities:
• Server decommissioning
• Add/Remove user access
• Server disk management
• Add/Update folder Information
• Server directory changes
• Server issue remediation
• Technical Documentation
• Assist Solution Engineers with server migrations and rehosts
Qualifications:
• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux Server OS
• Familiar with network components, terminology, and physical connectivity
• Detailed oriented and be able to document procedures
• Candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the individual must possess a structured, methodical approach to systems administration
• Ability to troubleshoot and triage
Education:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT security, Networking
