Job Description:

If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in impeccable service, this role offers the ideal blend of hospitality and work–life balance.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvide elevated, concierge-style hospitality services to internal and external clients
Set up meeting rooms according to meeting specifications and client needs
Perform regular walkthroughs of assigned floors to ensure conference rooms and kitchens are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Clean and maintain pantry and kitchen areas as needed
Support miscellaneous requests and flex services across the office
Utilize various software platforms and event planning tools to manage tasks and schedules
Coordinate events, including planning, catering arrangements, and room setups
Manage catering vendors and ensure timely, high-quality service
Support office support services as needed, including mail, print, and reception coverage (as required)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 year of work experience; client service‑oriented roles preferred
Strong customer service skills, including professionalism and tact when addressing concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Previous front-of-house hospitality experience is a plus
Preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Compensation range for this role is 16.26 to 20.32 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
