In these casual roles, based at Epworth Eastern you will be part of the Hospitality Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.

Shift Timings below-

• AM shift  6:30AM to 2:30pm 
• PM shift 2:30pm to 9:30pm

Pre-Screening Questions:

• Do you have more than one year of experience working as a Hospitality Services Assistant within a healthcare setting?
• Are you available to work on a casual basis (minimum 3–4 days per week), including weekdays, weekends, and night shifts? If yes, please specify your availability.
• Do you have full working rights in Australia? 
• What is your availability for an on-site interview (preferred days and times)?

You will make an impact by:

• Providing a high quality clean and safe environment for patients, doctors and staff
• Providing efficient and excellent cleaning services incl. bed making, laundry, linen distribution and waste disposal
• Being respectful, understanding and compassionate
• Working with a committed team and striving for consistently efficient services

• Highly Desirable to have Hospital Experience
• A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patient's needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteously
• An organised approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment
• A well-developd understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
• Adaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readily
• Flexibility with availbility for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends

Epworth Eastern maintains a broad clinical focus from cardiac, vascular, orthopaedic and general surgery to oncology, urology and endoscopy services.
