Hospitality Aide- Magnolia Manor (22668)

Job Summary:

The overall purpose of the Hospitality Aide position is to provide each of the assigned Patients with routine daily care and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Caregiver is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Essential Functions:

• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients.
• Contribute knowledge of Patients' observations as required.
• Promote safe/clean environment.
• Assure that equipment including mobile devices are charged, clean and functional always and report any malfunctions to supervisor.
• Attend in-service training programs.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employee's responsibility to enforce it.
• Attend Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service and incorporate into the delivery of patient care.
• Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
