Provide receptionist, clerical, and data-entry support for the facility administrator including answering phones, greeting visitors, Kronos time reporting, filing, correspondence, mail, invoices, and general office supply and personnel paperwork management. Ensure patient/resident safety and compliance with policies.

Coordinate nursing staffing and schedules, conduct initial interviews and reference checks, maintain attendance and applicant tracking, provide EMR orientation and Super User support, monitor staffing versus budgeted PPD and report staffing issues to the Director of Nursing.

Manage facility financial records and compliance, maintain resident financial and trust accounts, perform billing (Medicaid, Medicare, private pay), collections, reconciliations, reporting, bank deposits, and petty cash. Support admissions paperwork, eligibility verification, Medicaid applications, and participate in financial quality and collections meetings. May supervise clerical tasks and serve as Manager on Duty periodically.
