We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Hospital Insurance Verification Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Insurance Verification department. This working supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Insurance Verification staff.
- Monitor daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, track data, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
- Provide staffing coverage as needed and assist with departmental projects.
