Join our team and help solve educators' insurance needs! As an HMGA Insurance Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a sales team that offers non-Horace Mann products to educators. Your work will contribute to protecting the future of those who shape young minds. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, educate, and implement new programs that drive new sales and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of HMGA (TPV) products and processes.
- Assist customers & agents with inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Work directly with customers, agents, and partner carriers via phone & email to resolve servicing needs.
- Research, process, and resolve moderately complex inquiries within established guidelines.
- Maintain quality and compliance within every interaction by adhering to all applicable company and state rules and regulations.P
- Provide timely follow-ups on customer inquiries to ensure accurate completion.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Two years of college or equivalent business experience.
- Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer License and Non-Resident License within six months of hire (must be maintained thereafter).
Pay Range:
- $17.16 - $25.38 per hour + sales incentive bonus.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
