Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function and
drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales
management, customer relationship management, team handling, and target achievement. The
candidate will be responsible for leading a team, generating revenue, ensuring an exceptional
customer experience, and driving sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and market
penetration.
● Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
customers.
● Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity improvements.
● Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to final conversion.
● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth
opportunities.
● Collaborate closely with Interior Designers and cross-functional teams to enhance
customer experience and sales conversions.
● Drive alternate sales channels including residence visits, apartment activities, design
consultations, and sales events.
● Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
● Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
● Take ownership of business objectives and implement innovative sales initiatives.
● Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
● 4–7 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
● Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented.
● Experience in retail, interior design, home décor, real estate, or consumer-facing sales
will be an added advantage.
