- Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Level of Education: Engineer or Master Degree
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : A minimum of 7 years in a leadership position in the automotive industry is mandatory
- Language : English and French are mandatory
