Job Description
- Ensures the Cost Efficiency and supply capability in the area of responsibility (On Time In Full Order execution)
- Guarantees the quality performance, the planned production outcomes and on time delivery
- Coordinates with VCM the production planning within area of responsibility
- Guarantees timely preparation and implementation of the production plan
- Serves as operational contact point to the CSO/CTO/COO areas
- Prepares operational reports about the production progress
- Ensures introduction of quality standards and the LEONI Operating System
- Ensures even distribution of the production and the right utilization of the equipment and manufacturing resources
- Supports as required RFQ/ New project implementations
- Provides input and follows up for processes optimizations direct and indirect as well
- Leads the continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility together with OPEX team
- Assumes responsibility for the defined KPI's with daily / weekly /monthly follow up and implements necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g.
- KOSU, KATA)
- Identifies cost reduction potential in the production areas
- Master’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
