Our client is a leading fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Build and lead the GTM Partnerships team: Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of GTM Partnership Managers, fostering a strong performance and coaching culture.
- Own GTM strategy and delivery: Set direction and run the GTM Partnerships function to consistently generate high-quality, high-value partner leads across priority verticals (e.g., Retail, Software, Tourism, and other cross-border sectors).
- Contribute hands-on as an IC: Personally source, win, and grow strategic partners, ensuring they clearly understand company’s value proposition and can deliver qualified leads to the Inbound Sales team.
- Improve partner productivity: Build partner programs, incentive structures, and joint initiatives to increase engagement and lead generation in key segments.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with Inside Sales (ISR), Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to align on target segments, positioning, lead qualification, and funnel conversion.
- Strengthen pipeline visibility: Monitor and report partner results and lead flow, translating insights into actions to continuously improve GTM outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading a partnerships or sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Proven track record of strong results and consistent high performance.
- Established partner network across cross-border verticals such as Retail, Software, Tourism, Marketing Agencies, and Wholesale.
- Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills across writing, speaking, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to build and scale long-term partner relationships focused on shared value and measurable lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a high-growth startup.
- Exposure to Southeast Asia markets and SME customer segments.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
