Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in complex solution selling, with consistent high performance.
- Strong sales drive and the ability to build and deliver market-specific strategies for Vietnam.
- Experience engaging and influencing decision-makers across seniority levels (finance leaders through CEOs), with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capability to run complex, multi-product negotiations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Strong interest in technology/financial services, with solid knowledge of Vietnam’s market dynamics and fintech ecosystem.
- Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) to work effectively with local stakeholders and partners.
- Highly results-driven, with the willingness to go beyond expectations to deliver outcomes.
- Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup—ideally in payments.
