Job Description
As HMI Expert at Bosch SDS, you would play a key role in technically driving HMI SW engineering topics related to strategic portfolio management, business acquisitions and delivering complex customer projects.Responsibilities
Technical portfolio management
Support portfolio owner with technical inputs regarding portfolio readiness and business strategy.
Mentor and support product teams with expert guidance and support.
Perform portfolio benchmarks and competitive assessment as required.
Drive specific innovation topics in line with portfolio’s business vision.
Acquisition support
Support in various marketing/Business Dev. topics such as demonstrators and PoC preparations, whitepapers, webinars, events etc.
Lead and drive technical discussions and workshops with customers, partners, and other internal departments.
Anchor solution creation or customization during customer acquisitions, supporting presales teams to win technical rounds.
Expert role for large programs
Contribute to customer programs in technical expert role and managing relationship as technical partner for our customers. Key Skills/ Experience Requirements
15+ years of experience in HMI SW engineering for automotive products, including 5 years of technical leadership experience.
Additional non-automotive domain experience, for e.g., in consumer electronics or healthcare, would be a major plus.
Excellent knowledge in HMI toolchains such as Qt, CGI Studio, Kanzi, Automotive Android etc.
Knowledge of 3D toolchains such as Unity or Unreal Engine would be an advantage.
Expertise in architecting HMI SW as part of a larger software architecture.
Well versed with Agile and Hybrid Software Development methods.
Well versed in ASPICE level 3 process models.
Excellent communication skills to lead technical presentations & discussions with senior leaders and organize effective workshops with various stakeholders. Note
Since this role is closely linked with customer acquisitions and delivery, significant travel may be required globally and within India.
