Manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Hong Kong and Macau, month end close for compensation/benefit accounting and reconciliations, ORSO/MPF pension contribution, global mobility tax.
Maintain payroll process documentation.
Oversight of payroll vendor service level and performance.
Manage statutory payment submissions and reporting requirements.
Manage statutory audit and compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Project lead for payroll system implementations and integration for Hong Kong and APAC countries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Experience
5 years’ experience in payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting.
Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau statutory regulation, Labor laws, payroll, pension, and employment tax regulations.
Experience in leading payroll transformation, HRIS and payroll & time/attendance system implementations.
Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll software systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, Power automate, Power BI is an added advantage.
Experience in vendor governance model.
Proficiency in English and local language.
