Job Description: Hole-In-The-Wall Learning Station (HiWEL)
Supervisor
Key Job Roles:
Log and record complaints at the Learning Station in the complaint log book and intimate
the HiWEL/NF Support team.
Coordinate with HiWEL/NF Support Team/Engineer to resolve the logged complaint.
Supervision and Maintenance of the Learning station
Conducting a survey and identification of the Children for the Learning station
Implementation of the interventions and community Mobilization to attract more and more
children to the LS
Help conduct the Monitoring and Evaluation activities at Learning Station
Collect the usage data and report to the project coordinator as and when required
Report Monthly Attendance Data from project locations as per the format shared
Conduct Monthly Activities in project locations
Provide training on creation of HiWEL 2.0 Profiles
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS-Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
Basic knowledge of Computer/IT for basic troubleshooting assistance
Prior experience in dealing with children preferred
Willing to travel for the field job
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Basic computer and IT knowledge for troubleshooting assistance
- Prior experience working with children
- Willingness to travel for field work
