Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire architectural lifecycle, from conceptualization to final deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures leveraging core capabilities like ITSM, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent.
- Architect and manage complex integrations using APIs, plugins, and orchestration tools to connect ServiceNow with diverse external ecosystems.
- Direct cloud lifecycle management and provisioning strategies across public, private, and hybrid environments utilizing ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Strategize and execute platform upgrades and large-scale deployments within domain-separated and multi-vendor contexts.
- Evaluate business requirements to recommend and validate high-value ServiceNow solutions.
- Deploy new applications, suites, and platform-specific customizations to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Utilize JavaScript and native platform modules to enable advanced development and customization efforts.
Requirements
- At least six years of hands-on professional experience in ServiceNow development.
- Demonstrated mastery in ServiceNow ITSM, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Integration, and Automation.
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST API integration.
- Proven track record of designing custom Service Portal pages and widgets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Operations Management.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders.
- Holding mandatory ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
