HealthCare Staffing is seeking Med Surg RNs for multiple travel/contract positions in Lawton, OK. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:
Range $1900 to $2160 weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg
Shifts available: Nights
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, weekends as needed (EOW), No call.
- Registered Nurse: 1 year - Required
- Med Surg Nursing
experience: Recent/Current, 1 year at least – Required
- Travel experience - Highly preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly
preferred
- RN License for State of OK or Compact - Required
- AHA BLS Certifications - Required
- NIHSS - Required
Job Description:
- Provides all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units
(Med Surg)
- Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
- Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as
interpreting and recording measurements.
- Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to
medications in a timely manner.
Skills Required
- Registered Nurse: 1 year experience
- Med Surg nursing experience: Recent/Current, at least 1 year
- Travel nursing experience
- ASN or equivalent
- BSN or equivalent
- RN license for State of Oklahoma or Compact
- AHA BLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
