We are looking for a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Primavera P6/MS Project, project scheduling, risk management, and construction planning to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and stakeholders.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimization.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and schedule updates.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in project planning within the Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and construction execution.
- PMP or Primavera Certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
