Key Responsibilities:

 Lesson Planning & Delivery: o Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons by the CBSE curriculum for classes 9-12. o Utilize a variety of teaching methods (lectures, demonstrations, experiments, multimedia tools, etc.) to ensure student understanding of complex physics concepts. o Integrate practical experiments and hands-on activities to enhance students' learning experience.

 Curriculum Implementation: o Follow the prescribed CBSE syllabus and ensure that all topics are covered effectively and within the academic year. o Regularly assess students' academic progress through assignments, quizzes, and periodic tests.

 Assessment & Evaluation: o Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate students' knowledge and skills. o Provide timely feedback on student performance and suggest areas for improvement. o

Maintain detailed records of students’ progress, assignments, and tests.

 Student Support: o Offer additional support to students who may require extra help or tutoring in understanding difficult topics. o Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a scientific approach to learning among students. o Foster an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated. o Organise Support classes and enhancement classes effectively for Board Examination going students.
