Why this role?

As a Staff Technical Success Manager for the APAC region, you will be the strategic heartbeat for our most complex, high-growth enterprise customers across Asia-Pacific and Japan. You won't just support software adoption; you will architect the vision for how the region's leading organizations secure their development lifecycles in the AI era.

In this Staff-level capacity, you are the highest level of individual contributor within the organization. You will serve as a visible thought leader, navigating the unique cultural and technical landscapes of the APAC market. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding engineering leaders through complex DevSecOps transformations, ensuring that Snyk is deeply integrated into the fabric of the region's most innovative companies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Architect APAC Strategy: Design near, mid, and long-term technical strategies for a portfolio of top-tier APAC enterprise accounts, ensuring they realize full value across complex, multi-national Application Security workflows.

  • Drive Regional Thought Leadership: Act as a "go-to" resource for the most complex customer and product scenarios in APAC, representing Snyk at regional industry events and executive forums.

  • Influence Global Product Roadmap: Partner with global Product and Engineering teams to advocate for APAC-specific requirements (such as localized compliance or specific regional integrations) and influence product direction.

  • Orchestrate High-Stakes Transformations: Mobilize cross-functional internal resources (Solutions Architecture, Product, Support) to remove barriers to adoption and solve technical challenges unique to the APAC market.

  • Master Executive Storytelling: Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) for APAC leadership teams, using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate ROI and elevate Snyk’s impact within the account.

  • Mentor the APAC POD: Lead and mentor a POD of TSMs in the region, conducting account reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence focused on customer outcomes.

What You Bring:
  • Extensive Technical Experience: 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a proven history of solving complex problems for large-scale enterprises in APAC.

  • DevSecOps Mastery: Expert knowledge of modern software development life cycles and industry-standard tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).

  • Regional Expertise: Experience navigating the business cultures and technical requirements of key APAC markets (e.g., ANZ, SE Asia, Japan).

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives across different cultures and languages.

  • Strategic Leadership: A history of leading technical transformation projects and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience.

  • Have a developer background or deep coding experience in modern, AI-native development environments.
