Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsibility for ensuring operational excellence, user experience, and integrated services in the field of P&O processes and systems, in accordance with local legislation. Significant emphasis is placed on P&O administration, payroll data, compensation data, and other relevant HR data and documents.
- Monitors the functioning of P&O Services and the quality of data in SAP and Workday systems to ensure timely and accurate payroll processes in line with agreed LSA, SLA, and KPI.
- Enhances the efficiency of tools such as SAP, Workday, Service Now, etc., and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change.
- Partners with a global and regional project team responsible for establishing a P&O Services organization capable of providing comprehensive P&O services in line with the Sandoz P&O Services strategy and transformation program.
- Collaborates closely with Country People partners to support employees in the country and serves as the first point of contact for escalations related to service delivery within the scope of P&O services.
- Ensures overall compliance with all business, global, and local policies, procedures, and legislation, and ensures compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection.
- Provides support and coaching to team members and business partners on processes related to P&O Service operations and the overall supplier model, such as global standards, efficiency, SLAs.
- Leads the P&O Services team and is responsible for personal and professional development and the development of team members.
Essential Requirements:
- University-level degree (human resources management, economics, or other equivalent social science degree).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience from HR/PO or other relevant function.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP system management (personnel and time module) or Workday system.
- Leadership experience and/or project management experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
