Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Project Manager to assist our HHS government customer in providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services to facilitate the award and administration of contracts, perform quality assurance across contracts, and provide budget support.
In this role, the senior Procurement Analyst focuses on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance. All functional duties shall be performed independently.
Work may include, but is not limited to:
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience with an MA/MS degree, or over 20 years of experience
in federal acquisitions, or approximately 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions that
demonstrates expert-level knowledge across a broad array of federal acquisition concepts and application of those concepts in complex and mission-critical situations.
There is a trade-off between a master’s and 10 years of experience.

In this role, the senior Procurement Analyst focuses on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance. All functional duties shall be performed independently.
Work may include, but is not limited to:
- Review and provide input on regulatory and policy items. Assist contracting officers with claims control.
- Develop and maintain content for the acquisition MS SharePoint sites.
- Developing approaches, content, and/or presenting at industry engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain solicitation templates and review matrices.
- Assisting with contract pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews.
- Conducting post-award contract eFile content reviews.
- Assist the Protest Control Officer.
- Communications to customers and staff primarily on important acquisition updates (e.g., policy changes, procedural changes, and deadlines).
- Training.
- Procurement data collection and analytics.
