What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a designated subject matter expert for multiple Arcadia products in Arcadia’s reporting suite (for example, Foundry, Vista, Network Modeler, Contract IQ)
- Collaborating directly with healthcare clients in a consultative role to understand their data challenges and translate complex insights into clear, actionable value-based care solutions
- Advising on optimal workflows and configurations in Arcadia’s reporting tools based on a client’s existing contracting priorities and processes
- Balancing multiple product implementations simultaneously and engaging technical support from across the organization as needed
- Driving the implementation of basic UI, SQL, and JSON-based configurations
- Designing and maintaining product implementation documentation suitable for both internal and client use
- Designing and implementing client trainings regarding holistic use of Arcadia’s reporting suite
- Periodically assisting with basic issue trouble shooting for in-scope reporting applications
- Serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams and influencing new analytics capabilities
- Supporting SDLC activities for multiple products and partnering directly with engineering leads to refine and deconstruct work
- Supporting Technical Operations leadership in their efforts to redesign Arcadia’s approach to product implementations
- Understanding how Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem, products, analytics models, and business strategy improve patient outcomes and reduce cost of care across the country
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data
- 2+ years working experience in technology implementation or product management
- 2+ years of experience in value based care
- Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity
- Experience working in BI tools with a preference for Amazon Quicksight
- Proficiency with SQL - This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a specific ability to discuss complex product concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving
- General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics

- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience using Github or Amazon S3
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
