The Healthy Families Program is ready to hire a Program Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals committed to improving the lives of children and families receiving services.
In this role, you will lead all activities related to data management and analysis for the program by developing a monitoring system, conducting internal audits, and making recommendations that impact operational compliance. You will also develop and maintain databases, compile data, and analyze trends. Be part of a team that supports families in promoting self-sufficiency and setting their children up for future success.
QualificationsTo be considered, you must have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in the administrative support function or related work.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A clean five-year motor vehicle history and a valid Arizona Driver’s license.
- A level one fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one before starting
You are a star candidate if you have the above, and:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Demonstrate proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A focus on child development is a plus
- Multi-tasking skills that will support proper documentation and note-taking in a fast-paced environment
