Job Description SummaryWe are looking for finance intern to our Vallila Helsinki office. This position is to support our finance teams both in Research & Development and in the manufacturing plant finance.

Job DescriptionProduct financial reporting & analysis support

• Capital Expenditure: Manage actuals, estimates, and submissions.
• Manage aging and idle asset reviews.
• Conduct Fixed Asset Physical Inventory & Fixed Asset Register.
• Provide CAPEX requisition & reporting tool -support.
• Labor Time Tracking tool user maintenance, general guidance, compliance.
• Support R&D program actuals & estimates.
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks (i.e. Business Finland reporting, account recs).
• Support budget planning cycle.

ISC Finance support

• CAPEX process support.
• Inventory controls support (annual PI, cycle counts).
• Mfg output and productivity reporting.
• Other Mfg finance support tasks.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or graduating Bachelor Degree of Business Administration/Economics or equivalent.

Desired Characteristics

• Fluent English and Finnish.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently but also as a part of team.
• MS Office basic skills, Power BI as advantage.
