Mission

Provide exceptional IT support to employees to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, minimizing disruptions and enhancing productivity.

Outcomes

  • Provide first-level support to employees for IT-related issues
  • Manage licenses and hardware for the company (control, provisioning)
  • Help employees with internal IT questions (VPN set up, access provisioning, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or support role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Experience in network configuration on different OS
  • Timezone between US and EU is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
