This is a part-time role where you can expect the equivalent of roughly 25-30 hours per week.
Essential Duties:
- Respond to submitted trouble tickets resulting in resolution or escalation
- Image/Update/Encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
- Inventory/Check out IT equipment
- Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff
- Document resolved issues and resolution procedures
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - At least 6 months of experience in a help desk environment
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft or Mac Desktop environments
- Knowledge of windows active directory environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
This position pays $17.00 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
