We are a purpose-led global consultancy partnering with organisations in high-risk and asset-intensive industries to solve complex operational challenges across safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

With a heritage rooted in DuPont’s industrial operations, we combine deep expertise, practical problem-solving, and digital innovation to deliver measurable and lasting impact for our clients.

Why This Role

As dss+ continues to expand its presence in Greece, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to support leading organisations across industrial, energy, infrastructure, and asset-intensive sectors.

Why Operational Risk Management

In a complex and fast-changing environment, organisations must manage risk effectively to protect people, assets, and performance.

At dss+, we help clients embed risk-based decision making across their operations — integrating processes, technology, and culture to improve resilience.

This enables safer, more productive operations while unlocking greater value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical or specialist workstreams within consulting engagements

  • Deliver operational risk management, safety, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions with clients

  • Analyse operational risks, systems, and improvement opportunities across industrial environments

  • Support the design and implementation of practical and sustainable improvement solutions

  • Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams

  • Contribute to capability development, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across dss+

  • Support proposal development and client engagement activities across the region

This role is based in Greece (from your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week.
