As the Head of US Healthcare and Insurance Program within our Benefits Department, you will be tasked with the upkeep and enhancement of our extensive benefits programs. Your leadership will span across three key teams: the Medical Plan Team, Measurement and Performance Team, and the Dental/Vision and Insurances Team. Your role will involve managing these teams, identifying trends and opportunities, and enhancing the employee experience in these areas. Furthermore, you will oversee, evaluate, and implement changes to various benefit programs, monitor plan performance, regulations, and market trends, and actively engage in the planning and execution of the firm's overall wellness initiatives. Your duties will also encompass managing, assessing, and implementing modifications to various benefit programs such as health plan, 401(k), life insurance, long-term disability (LTD), tracking plan performance, regulations, and marketplace trends, and actively contributing to the design and execution of the firm's overall wellness initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Medical Plan, Measurement and Performance, and Dental/Vision and Insurances Teams
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance team strength
  • Oversee US Healthcare and Insurance Programs, identifying marketplace trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate vendors' ongoing performance and manage programs budgets and related pricing activities
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring efficient resource utilization and progress monitoring
  • Provide strategic direction for data and measurement, leverage data to drive decision-making and program improvements
  • Enhance employee experience across healthcare and insurance programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for seamless program delivery (including leading communication efforts across Health and Insurance programs)
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with new and existing requirements
  • Empower teams to achieve goals and adjust priorities as needed


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/health insurance/insurance fields
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and employer sponsored insurance programs (large employer experience)
  • Analytical skills with an ability to innovate and drive unique approaches and solutions
  • Experience in a strategic, analytical, or metric-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple deliverables across multiple teams
  • Experience managing teams in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required
