How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the bank to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving success.
What you do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the trade finance market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver new trade finance products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank, including sales, risk, and operations teams, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, business cases, and other key documents to support product development and launch
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics
- At least 5 years of experience in trade finance, product management, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of trade finance products and services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
